This month, we’d like to recognize Women’s History Month. This serves as a chance to commemorate the vital part women played in American history. What once started as a Women’s History Week in 1982, Congress eventually passed resolutions to expand this celebration to the entire month of March.

Milwaukee Film will be showing films at the Oriental Theater inspired by the theme “Woman is not a Genre”
The Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee is hosting multiple events from celebrating National Women’s Day on March 8th to a community book read on the 28th
