Peggy Williams-Smith

Peggy Williams-Smith is a Milwaukee native and veteran of the hospitality industry who joined VISIT Milwaukee as the company’s first female president and CEO in 2019. Under her direction, the company has launched an exciting new brand for the first time in over 20 years. Her team has put together dynamic marketing campaigns to increase economic impact to the community and elevate the city’s reputation. Peggy’s focus on strategic partnerships has deepened the company’s local connections while developing a nimble team that is more responsive than ever to changes within the travel and hospitality industries.

From promoting the city to the nation during the Milwaukee Bucks’ championship run through nationwide commercials, to leading the city’s bid to secure (and host) the 2024 Republican National Convention to the many industry events that are booked into the city for future years, Williams-Smith’s strategic leadership has resulted in consecutive year over year growth in economic gains for the region.

Prior to her work at VISIT Milwaukee, she honed her love for hospitality at Marcus Hotels & Resorts for over 22 years. Williams-Smith is a proud mentor of other women in business and uses her free time to support numerous charitable causes through board service and she has been honored as a Milwaukee Business Journal Women of Influence (2017), Tempo Mentor Award Winner (2021), Milwaukee Business Journal Executive of the Year (2022) and will be honored as a Professional Dimensions Imprint Award Winner this year.

Kiley Peters is an international award-winning serial entrepreneur, speaker, business growth and exit planning strategist with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. She built and exited her digital marketing agency to launch RAYNE IX®, her strategic consultancy, and has helped hundreds of women launch, scale, and exit their businesses in pursuit of leading more intentional lives with greater autonomy, financial freedom, and intention. She’s also the host of the “Welcome to Eloma” and “Make Business Personal” podcasts.

Kristina Filipovic

Kristina Filipovic is a dynamic sports business leader whose career is rooted in resilience, relationship-building, and the belief that leadership is about lifting others as you climb.

Currently serving as General Manager of UW-Milwaukee Panther Sports Properties with LEARFIELD, Kristina leads revenue strategy across sponsorships, NIL, digital assets, media, and intellectual property. In partnership with the UW-Milwaukee Athletic Department, she has helped set annual revenue records while building meaningful, community-driven partnerships with local and national brands.

Before transitioning to collegiate athletics, Kristina spent more than a decade with the Milwaukee Bucks, where her journey is a testament to perseverance and growth. Starting early in her career in entry-level roles, she steadily rose through the organization to become Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Service, overseeing revenue strategies and leading high-impact sales, service, and retention teams. Along the way, she became known not just for driving results but for building cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and confidence.

Kristina’s story is one of betting on yourself, embracing every season of the journey, and trusting that growth happens when preparation meets opportunity.

She is passionate about empowering women to lead authentically, take up space, and redefine success on their own terms. Through sport, business, and mentorship, Kristina continues to prove that when women support women, the impact extends far beyond the scoreboard.

Randi Scanlon is a Regional Sales Director at JamLoop, where she leads business development and revenue growth across key Midwest markets. With more than a decade of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, and sports marketing, Randi specializes in helping agencies and brands navigate the evolving Streaming TV landscape with clarity, transparency, and measurable performance.

Throughout her career, Randi has partnered with national brands, regional advertisers, and independent agencies to build data-driven media strategies across CTV and OTT, digital video, and omnichannel platforms. Prior to JamLoop, she held similar roles at Simpli.fi, Sports Media Inc., and Home Team Sports, a former division of Fox Sports Media Group, where she managed multimillion-dollar partnerships across professional sports networks and teams.

Known for her consultative approach and deep understanding of attribution and performance-driven media, Randi is passionate about simplifying ad tech and empowering marketers to confidently test, scale, and prove impact in Streaming TV.
